Sticker Machine Rental FAQs
Q: How long is the rental period?
A: Each rental period is based on the package you choose for your event (we will coordinate drop off and pick up times after booking) and your date is locked in upon payment.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! Upon booking, please get in touch with us regarding your event's location and time so we can work out the details for the smoothest possible delivery.
Q: Can I pick it up myself?
A: Unfortunately, for the sticker machine, we have to deliver it ourselves. It requires more setup than your average rental and is also more fragile than our other items!
Q: What is included with the rental of the sticker machine?
A: Each package includes the sticker machine itself, the stickers, cardboard sticker sleeves, a box to recycle the sleeves, quarters for your guests to use to obtain the stickers and a 'how-to' guide on the machine.
Q: Can I rent it last minute?
A: We need at least 21 days notice otherwise we do charge a rush fee in order to have your stickers prepared on time!
Q: Can I customize the stickers?
A: Of course! We are happy to help you with designs that suit your event. We also have stock stickers to choose from for various events.
Q: Can I customize the display?
A: Yes! We can work with you to come up with a design that suits your event. The fee for all customized displays is $200.
Q: Can you set up the machine and decor around it?
A: We are happy to set it up with our other props that are available. All props are rented individually unless otherwise stated.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: As soon as possible! The machine gets booked quickly so the sooner the better. Please note, there is a rush fee added if within 21 days of your event.
