Rental Policies

Rental Duration
All rentals are for a 24-hour period unless otherwise arranged in writing. Extended rentals must be confirmed and approved prior to your event date.

Delivery & Pickup
We offer both delivery and pickup options.

  • Delivery: Available within 15 miles of Bergen County, NJ at no additional fee. Outside of this area is subject to a delivery fee.

  • Pickup: You can pick up your disco ball at our designated location during confirmed hours if you prefer or are outside of our delivery zones.

All delivery and pickup logistics must be coordinated via email before your event to ensure smooth timing and availability.

Damage & Responsibility
You’re responsible for the disco ball during your rental period. Any damage, loss, or missing parts will incur a replacement fee.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event may be subject to a cancellation fee, as we reserve and prep each rental in advance.

Payment
Full payment is due prior to pickup or delivery. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. A 25% deposit for each item is held and refunded once booking is complete.
